GlowCandle — Relax & Sleep ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our iOS application, GlowCandle.

By downloading or using GlowCandle, you agree to the practices described in this policy. Please read it carefully.

GlowCandle is designed with a privacy-first approach. We collect minimal data to ensure the app functions properly.

Data we do NOT collect:

• Your location or GPS data
• Your contacts, camera, or microphone data
• Any payment information

Data that may be collected automatically:

• Basic app usage analytics (candle selections, session duration) — anonymized and aggregated only
• Crash reports and diagnostic data to improve app stability
• Device type and iOS version for compatibility purposes

Any data we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

• To operate and maintain the GlowCandle app
• To fix bugs, crashes, and improve app performance
• To understand which candle types and music are most popular (in aggregate, not per user)
• To ensure compatibility with new iOS updates

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or any commercial purpose beyond operating the app.

We may use trusted third-party services to help operate our app:

• Apple Analytics — for anonymized crash and performance data (governed by Apple's Privacy Policy)
• Apple App Store — for app distribution and in-app purchases if applicable

Since GlowCandle does not collect personal data, there is nothing to retain or delete on our end. Any anonymized diagnostic data provided by Apple is retained per Apple's own data retention policies.

Your in-app preferences (selected candle, music, brightness) are stored only on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the app.

GlowCandle is suitable for all ages. Our app does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent age in your country).

If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.

Depending on your region, you may have the following rights regarding your data:
